3:00 PM: Meet at Collins Circle 

3:30 PM: Wheels Up

656 Dippikill Rd, Warrensburg, NY 12885 (see attached directions!)

4:30 PM: Arrive at Dippikill Cabin and Settle In 

7:30 PM: Dinner 

9:00 PM: Olympics Begin 


Saturday

10:30 AM: Wake up/ Breakfast 

11:30 AM: Drive to West Mountain 

59 West Mountain Road Queensbury, NY 12804 (Park in main lot and meet outside entrance to lodge to receive your snow tubing pass) 

12:00 PM: Snow Tubing 

2:00 PM: Finish Tubing & Meet at Lodge 

2:05 PM: Grab Lunch with your car (bring money) 

820 Lake George Road Queensbury, NY 12804 (Panera Bread/ Chipotle Shopping Center)

3:15 PM: Return to Cabins for games, nap time or exploring 

8:00 PM: Dinner 

9:00 PM: Pong Tournament Begins 


Sunday 

10:00 AM: Wake up/ Breakfast 

10:45 AM: Clean up 

11:15 AM: Depart Dippikill

    • Warm Clothing 
  • Loungewear weekend
    •
      • Snow clothes (snow boots, Winter jacket, beanie, gloves etc.) 
        • If you do not have snow boots, Uggs or any other type of boot will do!
      • Toiletries 
      • Lunch money for saturday 

      A Note From the Executive Board:

      First off, congratulations for making the cut on our annual trip to Dippikill! While we are all very excited, there are a few things that we need to address:

      • To begin, any misconduct or irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated and will be immediately reported back to the University.
      • ABLE will NOT be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 
      • Your $60 includes: transportation to and from Dippikill and West Mountain, Snow Tubing, Breakfast, and Dinner, and some surprises (just a reminder Saturday lunch and alcohol will not be included).
      • Do not bring outsiders (non-ABLE members) into the cabin with you.

      • Never leave the cabin alone.
